Steam lists ten achievements for Dissolution of My Self. A handful are hidden until unlocked, which is why screenshot blogs look like they are hiding routes. They are hiding names, not finales. This page records the public list, groups it by likely intent, and tells you how to chase badges without ignoring the single ending rule.

If you have not finished a first file, play the story. Then come back. Achievement hunting is a second-pass hobby in a 3–4 hour game.

1. Begin Dissolution — the start-of-file badge. If this is still locked, you have not actually begun.
2. Take pills on time — commit to the medical regimen. Pair with pills and choices.
3. Give up treatment — refuse the regimen on a file that means it.
4. He’s Forgotten Them All — progress language. Treat as a layer of spent memories, not a route.
5. He’s Forgotten Those Too — further forgetting.
6. Beautifully Unhinged — a completion-flavored title. Do not read it as “secret boss.”

Hidden names that still appear in the highlighted icon set:

7. He’s Forgotten Everything (hidden) — the logical end of the forgetting series.
8. Join the Talk (hidden) — sounds like a conversation or extra interaction, not a new campaign.
9. Whoa——!!!! (hidden) — a reaction badge. The studio’s humor is loud even in trophy names.
10. Chuu… (hidden) — another interaction-flavored hidden name.

This wiki will not invent precise click recipes for the hidden three. Launch-week full playthroughs were discouraged, and guessing unlocks from a title is how fake guides get born. When a reputable public unlock appears after the studio’s spoiler window, it belongs here as a fact, not as a rumor.

How to think in groups

Start / finish. Begin Dissolution versus Beautifully Unhinged and the Forgotten Everything line. Play the game; do not stand in the title screen.

Medical fork. Take pills on time versus Give up treatment. These two are the only pair that obviously wants two files. You can try to mash both in one save; you will only make the presentation muddy. The walkthrough already tells you to pick one attitude per file.

Forgetting series. Them All / Those Too / Everything. Aligns with objects blurring. Keep room objects open so you are not hunting a missing prop that already faded.

Hidden flavor. Join the Talk, Whoa——!!!!, Chuu… Sound like specific interactions. Revisit leftover hotspots, voice-replay lines, and anything that looks like an optional gesture. Use a mouse. Hidden does not mean “combat trial.”

What achievements will not do

They will not unlock a second storyline. Store copy already closed that door. They will not add online play. The game is single-player. They will not raise the RAM requirement. They will not make the content warnings go away.

If a third-party list claims 31 achievements, you are reading a guide for a different game. Dissolution of My Self’s product page says ten.

Efficient 100% plan

1. File A: take pills on time, click freely, finish.
2. File B: give up treatment, reverse a few objects, finish.
3. Sweep hidden names by replaying leftover interactions rather than restarting a third full story unless you enjoy it.
4. Stop when the counter says 10/10. There is no bonus apartment.

Playtime is short enough that two files are not a weekend raid. They are an afternoon. If you hate repeating dialogue, skip 100% and keep the file that sounded better. Voice acting is the reason to replay, not the badge tray.

Tracking tips

Steam’s overlay will pop visible badges. Hidden ones stay unnamed until they unlock, which is the point. Do not tab out to a spoiler wiki in the last ten minutes of a first run. Use this page after credits.

If a badge fails to pop on a condition you already met, verify you are on the launch build, not an old demo executable. Demo appid 4683580 is not the product. Launch notes and demo changelog separate those trees.
